This is a role for an applied AI professional with 3–5 years of hands‑on experience, capable of independently designing, building, and deploying AI agents while embedding practical AI solutions across the organization. You will collaborate cross‑functionally and across regions to accelerate AI adoption and deliver measurable business impact.

As an AI & Digital Enablement Specialist, you will lead the development and integration of custom AI agents, optimize business processes, and ensure AI tools (including Microsoft Copilot and other LLM‑based solutions) are used effectively throughout Orffa. You stay closely connected to the fast‑evolving AI landscape and translate the latest developments, risks and opportunities into clear, actionable recommendations.

The Product Owner PAM reports into the Security Office within Risk & Business Assurance (RBA), directly to the Head of Expertise Center Digital Identity.

Education and experience

Als Cloud Security Architect help jij samen met ervaren collega’s onze BZ Cloud omgeving zo robuust en veilig mogelijk in te richten en te beschermen waar nodig. De Directie Informatievoorziening en Digitale Innovatie (IDI) is verantwoordelijk voor de IT-voorziening van het Ministerie van Buitenlandse Zaken. Tijdens de uitwisseling kom je in een onbekende omgeving terecht. Vaak ga je naar een gastgezin. Ook is het schoolsysteem in een ander land heel anders en hebben de mensen daar andere gewoontes als die jij hebt. Om mee te kunnen doen, moet je jezelf dus snel leren aan te passen aan een nieuwe ‘wereld’. Daarnaast ben je ook ver weg van je vertrouwde omgeving, waardoor je leert om erg zelfstandig te zijn. Je leert veel nieuwe mensen kennen

Wanneer je op uitwisseling gaat naar een ander land en naar een andere school leer je veel nieuwe mensen kennen: via het sporten, uit je klas of door je nieuwe gastgezin. Soms kom je ook weer andere Nederlandse studenten tegen die je kunt opzoeken als jullie allebei terug zijn in Nederland. Op deze manier doe je allemaal nieuwe contacten op, wat heel leuk is!

Een nieuwe taal goed leren

Je zult tijdens een uitwisseling ook een andere taal dan Nederlands moeten gaan spreken. Je hoort en ziet overal om je heen mensen die een bepaalde taal spreken, waardoor je deze taal zelf ook snel onder de knie zult krijgen. Hierdoor zul je de nieuwe taal snel oppakken en het uiteindelijk misschien wel vloeiend kunnen spreken. Soms horen we van studenten dat ze zelfs het gevoel hebben dat ze al gaan denken in de nieuwe taal!

WAT GA JE DOEN?
Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de dienstverlening van Information Service aan de collega’s van TNO. Jouw uitdaging

Wie ben jij?
