De functie 

Eveon Containers zoekt een Business Analyst die de schakel vormt tussen de business en het software‑developmentteam. Je haalt requirements op, documenteert processen en schrijft duidelijke, uitvoerbare tickets zodat developers precies weten wat er gebouwd moet worden. Jij zorgt dat stakeholderbehoeften volledig worden begrepen, scherp worden vastgelegd en worden vertaald naar development‑klare specificaties.

Je denkt actief mee over technische haalbaarheid en effort-inschattingen om roadmap-beslissingen te ondersteunen.

Je rapporteert aan de Head of Digital Product die de roadmap en prioriteiten bepaalt. Waar hij de richting aangeeft, maak jij de gedetailleerde routekaart. Je werkt intensief samen met teams in marketing, sales, customer support, finance en met het developmentteam dat in agile sprints werkt. Twee keer per jaar bezoek je hun team in Charleston (VS) om hun processen en behoeften beter te leren kennen.

Kom jij als senior data analist ons ministerie versterken? Data-analyse is erop gericht informatie te verzamelen en te analyseren teneinde beslissingsondersteunende informatie te verkrijgen. De senior data analist is een rol die sterk in ontwikkeling is als gevolg van de toegevoegde waarde van datamining (big-data). Als senior data analist analyseer je managementinformatie-verzoeken (strategische, tactische en technisch), stel je query’s op waarmee datamining wordt gerealiseerd en creëer je data sources in tableau waarmee de gevraagde informatie kan worden gepresenteerd. Je analyseert data uit de verschillende departementale systemen en verzorgt de managementinformatie aan de verschillende directies, posten en de departementale leiding van BZ. De Directie Informatievoorziening en Digitale Innovatie (IDI) is verantwoordelijk voor de IT-voorziening van het Ministerie van Buitenlandse Zaken. Met ruim 100 medewerkers zorgen we ervoor dat onze BZ-collega’s waar ook ter wereld hun werk kunnen doen met de beste en veiligste ICT en informatievoorziening.
