Job Description
As a support engineer you will be working for one of the clients of PEAK-IT. This Customer is searching for a support engineer who fluently speaks Englisch and Norwegian. You will deliver the first line support of the ICT department of this International Company.
Tasks
• Providing end users with support by telephone and/or e-mail;
• Setting priorities to incoming incidents;
• Taking care of incidents;
• Solving incidents independently or with help of external suppliers;
• When necessary, escalating incidents to the 2nd line support engineer.

•MBO 3/4 degree or a similar foreign degree;
•At least 1,5 years experience within a similar function;
•Fluently Norwegian speaking and writing;
•Excellent English speaking and writing;
•You can easily work indepent;
•You are easily motivated;
•MCDST, MCSA or MCSE certified.
