Background
Manage the migration of the RBS portfolio's off ABN ACBS to RBS LoanIQ:
Job description & deliverables
- Ensure a full migration of all RBS business from the ACBS platform before September 2010 (end of SLA term)
- Ensure that after migration ACBS has a clean internal general ledger for the R-share profit centres
- Ensure that after migration all technical connections with RBS will be disconnected
Business Knowledge
- Sound knowledge of the ABN AMRO/RBS Commercial Lending Business Process
- Experience in Service Management organizations
- Sound knowledge of funding processes and reconciliation
- Manages project in conformance with policies and practices defined by IS NL
- Sound knowledge of the R-share and RBS organisation (Credits and Loans Operations)
- Sound knowledge of RBS Lending processes and infrastructure globally
- Indepth knowledge of the ACBS SLA (1056) between RBS and ABN AMRO
- Good financial insight
Technical Skills / Hard skills
- Sound knowledge of the ACBS functionality and it’s relationship with interfacing ABN AMRO/RBS systems
- Minimum 5 years experience in the current ACBS domain
- Experience in the previous migrations and carve out projects of ABN ACBS
- Sound knowledge of current logical split in Lending infrastructure (implemented as part of Core Banking and Payments)
- Proven project management experience
- Good general standard of education; College or University
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Lotus Notes

- Strong leadership characteristics, can lead in an uncertain environment Excellent communication ability
- Fluently in written and oral English
- Negotiation and conflict management skills
- Customer oriented approach
- Leads project teams by emphasising joint goals and mutual benefits
- Delivery orientated, personal commitment to deliver results which achieve business objectives
- Able to juggle heavy workloads within a demanding role, prioritise effectively and respond positively to pressure.
- Must be flexible with working hours and able to adapt to rapidly changing, demanding and challenging environment

- Manages projects to deliver project solutions and services in accordance with agreed schedule, cost, and technical specifications
- Oversees the day-to-day activities of project team members to accomplish project objectives
- Coaches and counsels team members to accomplish project milestones, meet established schedules, resolve technical and operational issues, accomplish project goals and produce quality results
