Job description & deliverables
The function is called Morbio security officer, responsible for the IT security of all infrastructure in the Private Clients international datacenter in Morbio, Switzerland. The candidate should is responsible for making sure that security processes are defined and updated, that all relevant security processes are implemented, and that security reviews on e.g. access rights are being performed on a regular basis. The candidate will as well work with the IT security organization to define the exact content and capacity requirement of this role during his assignment, as this role is deemed to be an internal role at the end.
Knowledge, Skills & Behaviour
The candidate should be CISSP or CISA certified, and have experience with performing a security officer role in complex infrastructure environments. Knowledge of banking is a preferred but not a must.
Business Knowledge
Good understanding of policies in large organisations and the ability to translate this knowledge to ABN AMRO specific policies.
Technical Skills / Hard skills
Broad knowledge of IT systems and Security controls for e.g. network, firewalls, IDS, Unix, Windows, I-series, databases, web applications, Access control
Behavioural characteristics / Soft skills
- Understanding of the importance of security in a business environment.

Additional Information
Although the function and line management is based in Amsterdam, the datacenter to be managed is in Switzerland. This will require travel to Switzerland on a regular basis.
