Voor onze opdrachtgever zijn wij op zoek naar een Application Specialist

his position has two main purposes

• Be the day to day service integrator within the BAM organization, supporting the NSAP Delivery Management in providing efficient and effective services meeting the service level agreements for the landscape in his responsibility and contributing to Top Quartile performance in costs and processes. The Application Specialist is End-to-end responsible for the newly assigned Business Administration applications. Currently the list contains 9 applications the most primary application is IQNavigator.

• Be the guardian of application landscape architecture of the mentioned suite of applications., “owning” the design and responsibility for the integrity of the assigned Business Administration applications. This includes as well the application technical architecture.

Responsible for

• Responsible for monitoring change and release operation for the assigned Business Administration applications across delivery teams in alignment with the agreed SLA and OLA’s
• Responsible for analysing business’ functional- and non-functional requirements for supportability impact (ensure impact is incorporated in design and solution) and validate the work estimates (incl. schedule and cost) within BAM Delivery teams
• Responsible for the coordination, testing and execution of the Disaster Recovery Plan. Knows precisely the procedure to follow in the event of a Disaster
• Responsible to define application support acceptance criteria for enhancements and project for the assigned Business Administration applications
• Responsible to engage with the support staff (internal or external) to implement a solution for situations and severity 1 and 2 incidents within the agreed resolution time in the SLA
• Execution of the quality assurance activities on the day to day overall operation for Business Administration applications and ensure compliance to process standards and controls.

• Actively contribute in the T2S activities for the assigned Business Administration applications

Knowledge, Skills and Behavior

• Educated to a degree level, preferably Information technology.
• 2 – 3 years experience in support and configuration of the assigned HR and Health applications
• Specialised Knowledge of the assigned HR and Health applications technicial and functional knowledge. .
• Knowledge and skills in .Net 2.0, SQL 2000 or higher and package plugins.
• Solid business analyst and application support experience in a wide variety of IT, Technical and Business roles and domains
• Infrastructure knowledge of web servers, databases, routers, domain.
• Knowledge of the business importance of the assigned HR and Health applications
• Understanding of application architectural structure and its alignment to business processes.
• Understanding of application landscape and it’s relation and fit to other connected application/infrastructure portfolios.
• Ability to champion continuous improvement changes and addresses any issues that might prevent those changes from being successful
• Relationship management skills with key business/IT stakeholders whilst still being able to constructively challenge.
• Manage multi-suppliers in accordance with the service tiers through virtual teams.
• Ability to work with teams across organizational boundaries, different cultures and different time zones in a global, virtual environment.
• Knowledge of support processes, process orientation and process management skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into solutions delivered by development teams.
• Basis Project Management knowledge in Shell Project Delivery Framework.
• Communication, coaching, interpersonal, influencing / negotiation skills.

• Coordination, consulting, problem managment and analysis skills
